Tonight I'm heading down to the Cotswolds to talk to the Managing Director of agricultural health and safety specialists, Safety Revolution, Oliver Dale.
We talk about his early days growing up on the family farm in Cambridgeshire, his time in Chile helping to develop the fresh produce industry there, and all about Safety Revolution and the changes they're trying to make to the culture on UK farms.
